⏀ Idea I’m mulling – A business, in its highest form, can be the purest distillation of your vision, your purpose realized. To do that requires deep and persistent soul searching. You have to know yourself, and know that your purpose is less about what you do, but rather how what you do affects others. You want stark raving fans as customers? Give them services/products that meet their XYZ needs – X is physical, Y emotional Z – spiritual. Meet one of these you have a customer, meet two and you have a loyal recurring customer (high LTV). Meet all three and you have a stark raving fan for life.
