⏀ Idea I’m mulling – The Five Currencies of Life: Mindset, Time, Health Wealth and Love. Collectively they all create “energy.” Mindset is the most important because it determines the experience you have of life itself. It is the only thing that gives meaning to the other three. Why are they currencies specifically? 1) Currencies are currents. And just as in physics, they enhance in value the more they circulate. A single electron staying “still” (we’ll avoid the deep dive into quantum mechanics) can’t do much, but moving it creates electricity. 2) Currents, like electricity, are just forms of energy. They can power a car, make a video game come to life or help upload photos to Instagram. How we use that energy is where its value becomes manifest in the world. 3) The more we teach and share others in how to better utilize these currencies, the more we have ourselves. It’s like connecting to a power bank. 4) And like Ohm’s life the amount of current that flows is inversely proportional to your resistance
